Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you decide to cancel an order shortly after placing it, we offer a limited window before shipment begins. Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of order placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs first.

To initiate a cancellation, you must contact our support team via email. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the order will be canceled promptly without unnecessary delays.

For eligible cancellations, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. This process ensures that changes in decisions are handled smoothly and transparently.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered in transit and cannot be canceled. At this stage, the shipment process cannot be reversed.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been delivered, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for available options. This allows you to resolve post-delivery concerns through the appropriate process.

Order Modification

After an order is successfully placed, modifications to product selection or delivery details are not supported. This includes changes to items, quantities, or shipping information.

If corrections are required and the order is still eligible for cancellation, we recommend canceling the existing order and placing a new one with accurate details. This approach helps prevent errors and ensures smooth order fulfillment.
